Formal Structure

Performance Management Baseline

We create a baseline or plan against the three basic components: cost, schedule, and scope, so as to gauge the performance.

Communication Plan

The success of any project requires communication of project activities, risks, issues, and status, both within the project team and with other stakeholders.
